一、入座与咨询
走进西餐厅后，服务员一般会主动上前接待，常用话术包括
Good morning/afternoon/evening, do you have a reservation? How many guests will be dining with you?早上 / 下午 / 晚上好，请问您有预订吗？同行有几位用餐呢？
Would you prefer a table inside or on the patio, if available?如果有空位，您倾向于坐在室内还是露台呢？
你可依据实际情况回应
No reservation. We need a table for [2/4/6], please.没有预订，麻烦给我们安排一张 [2/4/6] 人桌。
Yes, I have a reservation under the name of [your name] for [time].有预订，我以 [你的名字] 的名义在 [时间] 订过位置。
Could we get a table away from the band, please? It’s a bit too loud near there.请问能给我们安排一张远离乐队的桌子吗？那边有点太吵了。
二、点餐沟通
就座后，服务员会提供菜单并询问点餐准备情况
Here are your menus. Would you like some time to look through them, or are you ready to order now?这是你们的菜单。请问需要先浏览一会儿，还是现在就准备点餐？
Would you like to start with some drinks before ordering food?点餐之前，需要先点一些饮品吗？
三、询问菜品信息
若对餐品不了解，可主动向服务员提问
Could you explain what’s in the Seafood Risotto? I’m allergic to shellfish.能解释一下海鲜烩饭里有什么吗？我对贝类过敏。
Is the Steak Tartare raw, or is it partially cooked?鞑靼牛肉是全生的，还是经过部分烹饪的呢？
What cooking temperatures do you offer for the grilled steak?你们的烤牛排提供哪几种熟度选择？
Do you have any vegetarian options for the main course?主菜有素食选择吗？
四、表达点餐需求
明确用餐需求后，清晰告知服务员
For the appetizer, I’d like the Caesar Salad with dressing on the side.前菜我要一份凯撒沙拉，酱汁请单独上。
We’ll have two orders of the Pan-Seared Salmon, and please make sure they’re not overcooked.我们要两份香煎三文鱼，麻烦确保不要煎过头。
